Food Literacy Center
Since Amber Stott first dreamed of creating Food Literacy Center in 2011, we have been by her side. From strategic planning assistance to public relations and grant writing, we have helped Food Literacy Center grow from a dream to a nearly $500,000 nonprofit helping more than 5,300 kids become passionate about eating fruits and vegetables. The nonprofit has had multiple TV, print and radio appearances as it celebrates Food Literacy Month, its Holiday Produce Drive and much more.
When we first met Women's Empowerment in 2007, this nonprofit that empowers homeless women to find jobs and homes was small with a budget of less than $300,000. With the help of our grant writing, PR and other writing services, it has tripled its budget and been featured on every TV station in Sacramento for its annual gala where women wear ballgowns, its Holiday Stocking Drive and quarterly graduations. It also has been featured in most local print and news radio stations.
United Way California Capital Region
We have been working with United Way California Capital Region for several years, providing services from PR and collateral writing to photographing for success stories. This organization has undergone a lot of change and continues to climb in success. United Way has been featured on all Sacramento TV stations, in print media and on radio stations for its many opportunities – including its annual Day of Caring and Toilet Paper Drive – to repair the community's education, financial stability and health.
Sacramento Life Center
For more than 40 years, the Sacramento Life Center has been helping low-income women and teens who are pregnant, but in the last few years hired us to spread the word through collateral materials, PR, grant writing and new websites. The organization continues to grow and now serves more than 2,000 women a year and has launched a second Mobile Medical Clinic. Its Baby Basket Drive for new moms and annual dinner have been featured in numerous local media.
